Understanding ADHD, Injustice & Your Nervous System

Have you ever felt like you notice unfairness more than other people?

Maybe you see things at work, in relationships, on social media or in the world that just don’t sit right with you.

You speak up… but nothing changes.

Or you try to stay calm and reasonable… but inside you're boiling with frustration.

Maybe you’ve been told you're:

  • too sensitive

  • too intense

  • too reactive

  • taking things too personally

But deep down it feels like something genuinely isn't fair.

ADHD, Anger and Injustice
£39.99

A 4-hour online workshop for ADHD adults who feel anger or frustration when things feel unfair. Learn why injustice can trigger strong reactions in the nervous system and how to work with that anger in healthier, more sustainable ways.

Many ADHD adults experience this.

A strong sense of justice.
A nervous system that reacts quickly to unfairness.
And a lot of anger or frustration that feels like it has nowhere to go.

Over time that can turn into:

  • rumination

  • burnout

  • feeling powerless

  • questioning yourself

  • or shutting down completely

This workshop is about understanding why that happens and what to do with those feelings when they show up.

Date
Saturday 25th April 2026

Time
10:00am - 2:00pm UK TIME

Includes a 20–30 minute break and a live Q&A.

Location
Online Via Zoom

• feel deeply affected by injustice or unfairness
• often feel angry about systems or workplaces
• struggle with rumination after unfair situations

Everything will be explained in clear, simple language.

About Zoe

Hi, I'm Zoe.

I work with adults with ADHD who often feel misunderstood, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves.

Many of the people I work with feel things deeply, especially when something feels unfair.

This workshop brings together what I’ve learned from working with ADHD clients, nervous system awareness and the real experiences many of us are navigating in the world right now.

My goal isn’t to help you suppress your anger.

It’s to help you understand it, work with it and protect your energy.

What you'll leave with

By the end of the workshop you’ll have:

• a clearer understanding of your anger
• a new way to relate to those feelings
• practical tools for when anger shows up
• language to explain what you're experiencing
• reassurance that you're not “too much”

Many people discover their anger isn’t the problem.

Sometimes it’s simply a signal that something important in them is still alive.
