Hi, I’m Zoe!

Finding out I had ADHD changed everything.
Suddenly, my life made sense.
I wasn’t lazy. I wasn’t failing. I just worked differently.

But then… it got louder.

I noticed everything.
The overwhelm. The noise. The struggle with everyday things.
It was like I couldn’t unsee it.

Learning about ADHD helped but I still felt stuck.
RSD still hit hard.
And underneath it all was this question… who am I without the mask?

It wasn’t until I started working with my mind and my body,
understanding my nervous system and how I actually function,
that things began to shift.

My brain got quieter.
Life felt easier.
And I started to feel like me again.

My Training

  • Qualified and Accredited Animas Transformational Coach - 2022

  • Sand Tray Therapy - 2023

  • Lego Serious Play Coach - 2024

  • ISOHH Trauma and Somatic - 2025

What sets me apart?

I am qualified through a credible Coaching Program and accredited through the EMCC (I could be ICF Accredited but I chose not to due to their lack of Neurodivergent awareness at the time).

I am always researching, attending webinars, appearing on podcasts and I’ve given talks but most importantly I still have counselling myself (a Coach or Counsellor who gives you the impression their perfect or fixed is a red flag). I undergo supervision (This is a third party who makes sure you are holding an ethical space and not bringing in things like countertransference etc) and I have a considerable numbers of Client hours and years under my belt with Neurodivergent clients.
