Hi I’m Zoe
My work supports late-diagnosed ADHD, autistic and AuDHD adults to make sense of their patterns, emotions and nervous system. Together, we can explore things like burnout, overwhelm, rejection sensitivity, people-pleasing, masking, identity, shutdown and the feeling that you should be able to cope, but somehow can’t.
This is not about fixing you. It is about helping you understand yourself with more compassion and find ways of living that work with who you are, rather than constantly forcing yourself to be someone you’re not.
“who were you before the world told you who to be?”
This might be for you if…
You’ve recently realised you may be ADHD, autistic or AuDHD and you’re trying to make sense of what that means for you.
You feel stuck, overwhelmed or burnt out, even though you’ve tried to “get organised” or “build better habits.”
You’re tired of quick fixes, tools that don’t last, generic advice from social media, podcasts and books, or being told to just try harder.
You’ve spent years masking, people-pleasing, pushing through or trying to be who everyone else needed you to be.
And now…
You want support that helps you understand yourself, so you can stop blaming yourself, make sense of what you need and find ways of living that work with your brain and body, not just manage your symptoms.
How I Work
Over the last four years and through more than 1,000 hours supporting ADHD adults, I’ve noticed a pattern.
People often come to this work wanting to be more productive, more consistent, more organised or better at sticking to routines. And of course, those things can matter.
But as we begin talking, something deeper often starts to emerge.
It’s not just about the dishes, the emails, the unfinished tasks or the messy kitchen. It’s about the shame that comes with them. The pressure to be better. The fear of being judged. The belief that you’re failing because life seems to feel harder for you than it does for everyone else.
Sometimes those expectations come from childhood. Sometimes they come from school, work, family, relationships, culture or years of being misunderstood.
When we start to understand this, something can begin to soften.
You may find yourself becoming less harsh with yourself. Less anxious about the kitchen being perfectly clean. More able to say no. More connected to what actually matters to you. More confident in who you are and what you need.
And often, the practical things change too.
Not because you’ve forced yourself into a stricter routine, but because you’re no longer trying to do everything from guilt, shame, panic or self-criticism.
That’s the longer lasting change.

Hi, I’m Zoe
I discovered my own ADHD later in life.
Like many people, that moment brought both relief and grief.
Suddenly so much made sense.
But understanding ADHD didn’t automatically solve everything.
The deeper questions remained:
Who am I underneath the masking?
Why do emotions feel so intense?
Why do I keep ending up in the same patterns?
My work grew out of exploring those questions myself.
Today I help ADHD adults slow down, understand themselves and reconnect with who they really are.
