Join us for a day that will help you reconnect with your truth, feel grounded in your body and finally start saying no without guilt or shame.”

What the day will entail
11:30am - 11:50am: Arrival
Please arrival at the Breathing Space Studio before 12pm and only after 11:30am
12pm - 1pm: Welcome
Introduction to myself, housekeeping and a meditation to land into the space and set up us for the day ahead.
We’ll then discuss the cost of saying yes with some interactive hand-raising to know we’re not alone.
1pm - 1:45pm: Lunch!
We’ll gather at a large table for some delicious lunch and some light-hearted conversations about saying no and get to slowly know each other better.
1:45pm - 2:30pm: Is your No coming from Fear or Safety?
We’ll learn about the nervous system, including the fawn response and where your no is coming from.
2:30pm - 3:15pm: Safety in the body
What does a somatic yes and no feel like in the body? We’ll also try some gentle poses to feel strong in your body and connect to the messages your body sends you.
3:15pm - 3:30pm: Break
Quick break for refreshments
3:30pm - 4:15pm: How to Say No (without Guilt)
What holds us back from saying No? What can we practically say to others when we want to say No? How does it feel?
4:15pm - 5:30pm: Sharing Circle
Group sharing, reflections and Q&A
5:30pm - 6:00pm: Closing Meditation
Closing meditation, breaths, intentions and goodbyes

I created this retreat because I know how hard it can be to say no. As a neurodivergent woman, a trauma-informed coach and counsellor, I wanted to create the space I wish I’d had, gentle, non-judgmental and supportive.
